When I first started coaching I wasn’t very confident, I was fresh out of the military having put on a load of weight and thick in an identity crisis not quite sure where to go next. I could not have anticipated how much my life would change. I have my hobbies back, my passion and love for fitness, I recognise myself more and more every day and it’s healed my relationship and confidence with food.
