I'm Lucy, the founder of Built for More—a coaching space designed for women who are ready to push beyond limits, grow stronger in every sense, and show up powerfully in their lives. Whether you're preparing to be fit for duty or simply striving to become the strongest version of yourself, I’m here to walk that journey with you.

At Built for More, we don’t chase aesthetics—we build strength, resilience, and confidence.

My coaching combines physical training with mindset work to help women like you feel capable, empowered, and ready for whatever life throws your way.

I have been with Lucy for roughly 2 years now and I can confidently say I have improved so much within this time. Lucy has pushed me to do things I never thought I’d do! She has taken a girl who couldn’t run 10k at the start of 2025 to a girl who ran her first half marathon in June. I would say Lucy at this point is not just a couch but a good friend who really listens, supports and wants to help you reach your goals whatever they may be! I would recommend to anyone and everyone to be coached by Lucy as she’s an absolute amazing person to work with.

Since training with her, I’ve greatly increased my strength (especially pull-ups!!!) and improved my cardio endurance.
